Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Technician Lead for a full‑time 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–6:00am). Overtime, weekends and holidays are required as scheduled.

Pay starts at $33.21 per hour plus shift differentials, with comprehensive benefits available day one. Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (food/bev/pharma/chem preferred).
• Experience with high-speed production equipment and quality monitoring.
• Strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Ensure packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity and waste targets.
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and production documentation.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for CI.
• Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials and processes.
• Support lean manufacturing and standardized work practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting collaboration and performance.
• Build team capability through training and skill development.
