Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Quality Technician III in Columbus, OH. This full-time night shift role supports the plant’s Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs, performing validation and verification activities during the shift and ensuring adherence to the Food Safety Management System.

You will work with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams, lead audits, train junior technicians, and communicate with vendors on quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP/HARPC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Conduct line audits and review documentation with knowledge of production lines.
• Apply expert knowledge of quality procedures and plant-wide standards.
• Train and mentor junior quality technicians in a collaborative environment.
• Lead and resolve quality issues with sound decision-making, balancing product integrity and financial impact.
