Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of batching or compounding experience.
• Knowledge of emulsions; experience using homogenizers, extractors or shear pumps.
• Proven computer skills; ability to input information accurately.
• Must possess forklift certification; prior forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and executes the master sanitation schedule.
• Operates CIP systems and transfers to liquid packaging lines.
• Uses SAP to transact compounding and reads production instruction sheets.
• Weighs materials and measures ingredients.
• Ensures product quality by sanitation and recipe adherence; conducts in-process quality checks.
• Records production information and material usage in SAP for inventory accuracy and batch traceability.
• Compounds syrups and simple blends; mixes flavors for intermediate batches.
