Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Columbus, OH is hiring a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. You will engage in preventive maintenance, changeovers, and minor adjustments to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

The role requires 2 years on automated machinery, 1 year quality testing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Domestic travel may occur during training; benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach
• Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.).
• Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment
