Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for its Columbus, OH facility. The role leads a maintenance team on 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM), overseeing preventative and emergency maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production timelines within a TPM framework.

The supervisor will drive continuous improvement, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with FDA/USDA/GMP/HACCP standards while coordinating with planners and production schedules for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous improvement experience—TPM or Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma
• 2 years of maintenance in a lead or supervisory role in automated manufacturing (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 11 Mechanics to maximize productivity across 2 shifts.
• Train and coach maintenance personnel to develop skill set.
• Identify and share best practices throughout the maintenance department.
• Identify and develop improvement opportunities to increase equipment capability and uptime.
• Implement and evolve Preventative Maintenance program.
• Analyze PM data and modify program accordingly.
• Aid in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
