Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a Lead Production to direct the safe and efficient operation of a production department in Tulsa, OK. The role involves overseeing 10+ employees, training staff on mill operations, and driving plant performance to meet demand.

The position requires strong organization, problem solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards. First shift is Monday–Thursday 4:00am–2:30pm or weekend shift Friday–Sunday 5:00am–5:00pm; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in tube mill or roll forming processes.
• Experience leading 10+ employees at a time.
• Ability to push through projects with dedication, quality and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and daily problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Monitor plant performance indicators and align priorities with demand.
• Train employees on proper operation of mills and safety practices.
• Read, write and communicate in English to understand job terminology and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to dress code; ensure timely completion of tasks.
