Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Lead Production in Tulsa, OK. The role directs the safe and efficient operation of the department, leads 10+ employees, and drives plant performance indicators to meet production demand.

This position currently runs on a 1st shift (Mon-Thu 4:00am–2:30pm) with overtime as needed, and also a weekend shift possibility. Requirements include high school or equivalent, 1+ years in tube mill/roll forming, 1-3 years in mill

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ experience in tube mill and/or roll forming.
• 1–3 years in mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Able to manage people and meet customer demands in a structured, organized way.
• 5-S training is a plus; Lean training is a plus.
• Strong math, mechanical skills, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Monitor plant performance indicators and align priorities with production demand.
• Seamlessly train and supervise employees on safe and proper equipment use.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to understand job terminology.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
