Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Group Leader Production Customizing for the 3rd shift in Danbury, CT. You will lead the Customizing Assembly Department, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and manage staffing and priorities with minimal supervision.

You will coach staff, plan production activities, coordinate with other departments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with SAP transactions and records. A degree plus leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or Group Leader experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees in accordance with Belimo's leadership principles.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
• Lead shift operations with minimal direct supervision and coordinate with other departments.
