Whelen Engineering is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Chester, CT facility. You will lead a production team in the SMT area, report to the supervisor, and ensure production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Sunday–Friday 10:00pm–6:30am, full-time position. Responsibilities include directing teams, monitoring budgets, maintaining production records, and training staff.

• Leads project teams or functional teams; monitors budget and staffing; manages contributors and possibly other supervisors; audits production processes and records; aims for high-quality output while minimizing cost; trains and evaluates workers.
