Omega Plastics Inc is seeking a Process Technician – Shift Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Clinton Township, MI. You will lead the on-site 3rd shift team, manage daily production, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency to meet on-time delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in plastic injection molding with supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ISO13485/ERP systems. Competitive hourly pay and shift premium are offered.

Qualifications

• Plastic injection molding experience required; 5+ years with 3+ years in leadership.
• High school diploma desired.
• Six Sigma/Lean leadership training desired.
• RJG or Paulson training strongly desired.
• ISO environment experience desirable; ISO 13485 a plus.
• Current forklift certification or ability to pass certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Epicor ERP and MS Office a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor shift team to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Oversee daily production schedule and improve uptime.
• Train operators on work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor quality, scrap, and cycle times; escalate non-conformances.
• Ensure ISO/IQMS documentation is complete and up to date.
• Maintain records and provide production performance reports.
• Perform mold, automation, and equipment set-ups.
