Job summary

AtWork Group's client in Vicksburg, MI is seeking skilled Manufacturing Process Technicians to join a growing leadership team in the Plastic Injection Molding sector. The role requires leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience on the shop floor.

This Direct Hire night-shift position runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:45pm to 7:00am, offering a climate controlled environment, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership skills.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Preferred experience completing tool and mold changes.
• Direct Hire position on 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:00am).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support manufacturing processes on the night shift.
• Oversee plastic injection molding operations and quality.
• Mentor and guide team during production.
