AtWork Group's client in Vicksburg, MI is seeking skilled Manufacturing Process Technicians to join a growing leadership team in the Plastic Injection Molding sector. The role requires leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience on the shop floor.

This Direct Hire night-shift position runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:45pm to 7:00am, offering a climate controlled environment, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership skills.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding required.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Preferred experience completing tool and mold changes.
• Direct Hire position on 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:00am).

Responsabilités

• Lead and support manufacturing processes on the night shift.
• Oversee plastic injection molding operations and quality.
• Mentor and guide team during production.

Our client in Vicksburg, MI is growing and looking to add Manufacturing Process Technicians to their leadership team. Must have leadership skills, experience in Plastic Injection Molding, and mechanical aptitude. Preferred candidates will have experience completing tool and mold changes. These opportunities are Direct Hire and are on 3rd shift- 10: 45pm-7am Sunday through Thursday.
