Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and inspection tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform first piece, last piece, and in-process inspections to ensure product conformity.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and document test results.
• Report non-conformance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Use measuring tools to verify product quality against specifications.
• Collaborate with machine operators to sustain quality throughout production.
• Assist in training new employees on quality standards and procedures.
