Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to production employees on the assigned shift.
• Monitor production processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Schedule and plan workforce to support production requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
