A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days in role, with 2nd and 3rd shift differentials and overtime opportunities. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence within a growing printing operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment with production machinery.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills and ability to measure with rulers.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the press crew with setup and production activities, typically on the back-end.
• Read DSR and job specs, stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check, bundle and tag products, complete required transactions.
• Fill in for Lead and Mid-Level Operators as needed.
• Monitor equipment, maintain safe work area, document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII.
