Job summary

Thomson Reuters Foundation in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a 2nd shift Press Operator to manage state-of-the-art offset and digital presses. Eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days, with 2nd/3rd shift differentials and a base hourly range of $21–$39.

Strong mechanical and leadership skills required to drive quality and efficiency. The role includes setup, operation, troubleshooting, and collaboration across the Core Print Solutions team, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Experience with industrial production machinery.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills; ability to troubleshoot.
• Lean concepts and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Able to read safety rules and production orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Performing or delegating set-up tasks.
• Monitoring equipment and product to ensure quality.
• Troubleshooting product or equipment issues.
• Communicating during shift and hand-off.
• Documenting activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.
• Providing work direction to others in the workstream.
• Participating in safety programs and maintaining a safe area.
