You will set up, run, and troubleshoot presses, read job specs, check quality, and assist during lead coverage. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial setting with production machinery and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with ability to read job specs and measurements.
• Understand electrical safety and safe work practices; able to lift 5–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew on the press, perform setup and production activities.
• Read DSR and job specs, stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality check products and document activities in systems.
• Fill in for Lead/Mid-Level Operators as needed and monitor equipment.
• Maintain safe work area and comply with safety training.
