Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a #2 Operator in Press for the 2nd shift to operate offset and digital web presses in our Core Print Solutions team. The role involves set-up, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output, with opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Solid understanding of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Review job specifications for materials and setup requirements.
• Perform or delegate setup tasks.
• Monitor equipment and product to ensure high quality.
• Troubleshoot product or equipment issues.
• Communicate during shift hand-offs and with maintenance as needed.
• Record activities in Tier Boards and SAP, including material usage and equipment issues.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by tagging loads correctly.
• Provide work direction to others and participate in safety programs.
• Assist in training and process improvements.
