Job summary

Jobot seeks a 3rd Shift Production Specialist in Bloomington, MN for a 3 month contract-to-hire with full benefits. The role runs 10 p.m.–6 a.m., focusing on producing flexible circuits, rigid flex boards, and related components in a precision manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, read SOPs, and work well in a team. The position offers on-site work with competitive pay and full benefits once hired full-time.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort with small components under magnification.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, travelers, and SOPs.
• Strong teamwork orientation and reliability.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED; technical coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture circuits and heaters per work instructions.
• Inspect finished and in-process product with visual and precision tools.
• Follow traveler documentation and SOPs accurately at each stage.
• Identify and communicate defects or material issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Cross-train across multiple production areas for flexibility.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
