Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for repetitive tasks.
• Good manual dexterity with small components under magnification.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, travelers, and SOPs.
• Teamwork oriented with reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture flexible circuits, rigid flex boards, flexible heaters or related components.
• Inspect finished and in-process product using visual inspection and precision tools.
• Follow traveler documents and SOPs accurately at each stage.
• Identify defects or material issues and communicate promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workstation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process efficiency ideas.
• Cross-train across multiple production areas for flexibility.
• Complete all required production documentation accurately and timely.
