Jobot is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician in Bloomington, MN to operate equipment and ensure quality for specialized circuits and heaters. The role runs 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., with a 3-month contract-to-hire and full benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture flexible circuits and related components.
• Inspect finished and in-process product with visual checks and precision tools.
• Follow traveler docs and standard operating procedures at each stage.
• Identify defects or material issues and report promptly to leads.
• Keep workstation clean and safety/housekeeping standards.
• Cross-train across multiple production areas as needed.
