Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking Production Hourly team members in Canton, GA to operate on the processing line, cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting poultry to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll work with hands-on tasks, use equipment, keep areas clean, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday from 10 pm to 7:30 am; base hourly rate $18.50 plus $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication; teamwork; stand for long periods (8-11 hours).

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
