Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor in Canton, GA to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will direct team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and align with plant operations goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred in poultry/food industry.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
