Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking Production Hourly team members to join our processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package and inspect poultry products to meet safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail.

Training and growth opportunities are available. Work schedule Monday–Friday with some weekend work; base hourly salary $18.05–$21.90 plus a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts; benefits after 60 days and a path for career development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Able to multitask, communicate well, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to Pilgrim’s and USDA standards.
• Monitor equipment and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
