Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for Production Hourly on our processing line in Minnesota. In this hands-on role you’ll cut, trim, package and inspect poultry, operate equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe workplace in compliance with USDA standards. You should be reliable, able to multitask, and a team player.

Education may be a HS diploma; poultry industry experience is a plus. Base pay starts at $19.67 per hour with a $1 shift differential for later shifts, plus attendance incentives and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask and work quickly; good communication; team oriented; ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
