Job summary

Pilgrim’s Nightshift Production Hourly role on the processing line involves cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, maintain clean areas, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

You should be dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a company committed to excellence. The schedule is Sunday-Friday 11pm-8:30am with some weekend work; base pay is $18.25/hr plus a $1.50 shift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food-industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate well, and follow simple instructions.
• Willing to work close to other employees and stand 8–11 hours in cool temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
• Adapt to different production areas as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet production goals.
