Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking team members for its Canton, GA production line. In this hands-on role, you will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet strict food safety and quality standards. You’ll operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly, good communication, comprehend simple instructions, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
