Job summary

DSB Technologies, LLC in Janesville, WI is seeking a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift to operate CNC machines and produce quality parts for our manufacturing line. You will interpret blueprints, set up tooling, monitor the machining process, and adjust parameters to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with CNC machining. We offer a $2.50 shift differential, affordable healthcare, 401(k), life insurance, and an attendance

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting blueprints/technical drawings.
• Attention to detail to ensure part accuracy.
• Problem solving in machining processes.
• Good communication with team and supervisors.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment to perform standard sequences such as drilling, milling, turning, and boring.
• Inspect product using micrometers, bore gauges, and thread gauges.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures to produce quality parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Support continuous improvement activities such as 5S and cycle time reduction.
• Load/unload machines and package parts as needed.
• Set basic offsets and ensure dimensional stability.
