Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Ladysmith, WI seeks a machine operator to run a variety of presses and automated equipment on a 6:00am–2:00pm Monday–Friday shift. You will read prints, inspect parts, and ensure process parameters are followed onsite under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and 3D models.
• Operate presses, automated equipment, and metal-fabrication equipment.
• Perform documented visual and dimensional inspections.
• Follow established process parameters for equipment usage.
• Suggest improvements and help create documented work instructions and process parameters.
• Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform basic computer functions.
• Demonstrate basic programming and troubleshooting abilities.
