Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain production equipment used in electronics assembly, including SMT Pick & Place, Through-Hole Insertion, Wave Solder and Reflow systems. You will ensure quality and efficiency on a three-night, Thursday–Saturday shift, with a 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule and a guaranteed four-day weekend each week.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months of manufacturing experience, basic data entry and reading English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions and safety documentation.
• Basic math and ability to interpret performance graphs.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and set up machines accordingly.
• Operate production equipment with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Use computer programs to access and follow assembly instructions.
• Monitor machines to detect defects or malfunctions and correct or route as needed.
• Perform minor machine maintenance per documented instructions.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to problem-solving.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
