Job summary

AdvancedPCB, a leading PCB manufacturer with over 40 years of experience, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing processes, ensure on-time shipments, and maintain safety and quality standards on a 3rd shift schedule.

You will lead production teams, coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement Lean practices to reduce costs while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or PCB.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of PCB products.
• Supervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet on-time delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Track and report on KPIs such as productivity, yield, scrap, and cycle time.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices and other process improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve production capability.
• Drive employee engagement by fostering accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving on the shop floor.
