Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assigned area at East Syracuse, NY, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. The role involves coordinating staffing, coaching personnel, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, Lean/Kaizen knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities including time & attendance, staffing, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with Planners, Master Scheduler, and Team Leaders for manufacturing schedule.
• Lead hiring for new production personnel and mentor staff.
• Develop training materials and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure adequate assembly capacity using quantitative analysis.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Prepare department reports and communicate metrics.
• Lead daily huddles and issue escalation as needed.
