Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations for PCB assembly. You will lead shift personnel, schedule work, monitor quality, safety, and on-time delivery while optimizing productivity.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, 2+ years in electronics production, and strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Weekend flexibility and long hours may be needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Understanding of printed circuit board assembly manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret essential build documentation.
• Understanding MAI’s and blueprints.
• Good English and mathematical skills.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift personnel in daily operations to meet production requirements.
• Schedule and assign work to regulate workflow and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify problems in product, equipment, quality, safety or employee relations.
• Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with manager to establish a balanced workload.
• Meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Attend AM production meetings and provide updates.
• Assign operators to meet production schedules.
• Assist production with direct labor as capacity allows.
• Complete related paperwork accurately and ethically.
• Maintain high quality across all work.
• Maintain a clean and professional manufacturing area.
• Develop and mentor personnel with coaching and training.
• Encourage employee engagement and continuous improvement.
