Job summary

Sierra Circuits, a Sunnyvale-based PCB leader, seeks a PCBA Production Supervisor to oversee shift-based production, ensuring schedules, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Maintenance to optimize workflow and resolve issues while supporting continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, inventory accuracy, and after-hours support. 2–5 years in PCBA production is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing operations and production coordination.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise PCBA production activities during assigned shifts to meet targets and delivery commitments.
• Create and modify daily/weekly production schedules to support customer requirements.
• Coordinate production workflow and inter-shift transitions for smooth operations.
• Track material availability and production progress to maintain continuous flow.
• Provide timely status updates to leadership, departments, and customers.
• Act as primary liaison between Production, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and customers.
• Notify stakeholders of delays and changes to schedules.
• Identify and escalate production issues affecting quality, productivity, or on-time delivery.
