The role requires 3–5 years of production supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics, with a 3rd shift pattern and weekend overtime as needed.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or PCB.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of PCB products. Schedule daily/weekly/monthly shipment revenue to meet company goals.
  • Supervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor production schedules, capacity, and workflow to meet on-time delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as productivity, yield, scrap, and cycle time.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing practices and other process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support capital projects and equipment upgrades to improve production capability.
  • Drive employee engagement by fostering accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving on the shop floor.

Description

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing company. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all the processes in producing printed circuit boards (PCB) to ensure that daily shipments are met. You must be able to meet deadlines and produce quality products safely and cost-effectively while preserving a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service. They must ensure that jobs are moved to and from each department in a timely manner to prevent bottlenecks to meet shipment deadlines with 100% accuracy.

Essential Job Function
  • Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of PCB products. Schedule daily/weekly/monthly shipment revenue to meet company goals.
  • Supervise production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends, when schedule details provided in advance.

Work schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or PCB.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, workforce management, and meeting production goals.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and motivate production teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements for PCBs or related industries.
  • Ability to interpret production data and take corrective action when needed.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8-10-hour shift. Ability to walk on uneven surface.
  • Must have common sense to be able to make quick and precise decisions.
Compensation

California Pay Range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD | DOE

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
