Job summary

Wynalda Packaging, LLC is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure safe and efficient production, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and other departments to hit production goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for shift startup, training, and adherence to policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing reporting systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly employees on 3rd shift; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure daily schedules are executed to meet customer requirements; monitor performance and downtime.
• Coordinate labor assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency; troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct observations, and participate in incident investigations.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives; track KPIs and drive root-cause analysis.
