Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to support the production line on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM. You will operate equipment, monitor quality, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets safety standards.

This role offers onboarding, training, and a pathway to grow within a world‑class food company that values teamwork, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
