Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) to support the production line. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn while following safety and quality procedures.

You will operate and monitor equipment, load/unload and adjust machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, measure ingredients, conduct quality checks, and keep the area clean. Welfare programs and benefits apply as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
