Job summary

MFA Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Mill Operator for the night shift (9:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.). You will manage daily mill operations, ensure safety, and drive efficiency across all duties in alignment with company policies.

Key responsibilities include equipment maintenance, quality control, and maintaining proper ingredient and manufactured feed inventories. A high school diploma or GED is helpful; overtime and weekend availability may be required.
