Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a dependable team member to support all areas of the location, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. The shift runs from 2 PM to 10 PM, with duties performed in accordance with company policy.

We encourage growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, PTO from day one, holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to maneuver product/equipment up to 50–100 pounds.
• Willingness to work OT, including weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply.
• Adhere to company policy while performing duties during the 2 PM–10 PM shift.
