MFA Incorporated is seeking a dedicated mill operator to manage daily mill operations and ensure efficient production. You will maintain equipment, monitor quality, and help manage ingredient inventories to support steady output.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and collaboration with a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Overtime availability, including weekends as needed.
• Agricultural experience is helpful.
• Mechanical experience is helpful.
• Background in feed or animal production is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of equipment in the mill.
• Quality control to ensure product standards.
• Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
