MFA Incorporated in Michigan is seeking a skilled maintenance-oriented candidate to oversee mill daily operations, ensuring equipment is maintained and product quality remains high. The role requires managing ingredient and feed inventories and supporting a safe, efficient working environment.

Ideally, candidates will bring basic computer skills, willingness to work overtime, and a background in agriculture or feed production.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability is helpful for handling equipment safely.
• Agricultural background is helpful for understanding farm operations.
• Background in feed or animal production is helpful for material handling and quality expectations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.

• Manage the mill's daily responsibilities and strive for maximum operational effectiveness.
• Maintenance of equipment and quality control to ensure product standards.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.

Responsibilities

This person will be asked to manage the mill’s daily responsibilities. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
