Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a dedicated mill operator to manage daily mill responsibilities, aiming for maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency. You will help maintain equipment, ensure quality control, and keep proper inventory of ingredients and feed.

Relevant agricultural or mechanical experience is helpful, with overtime including weekends as needed. We offer growth through cross-training and a supportive team environment in the agriculture sector.

Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver 50-100 pounds of product/equipment.
• Agricultural experience or mechanical background is helpful.
• Overtime including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily mill operations and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Quality control and proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
