Job summary

MFA Incorporated is hiring at our Alma, MO facility to oversee daily mill operations, focusing on equipment maintenance, quality control, and inventory management of ingredients and manufactured feed. The role supports efficient production and adheres to safety and policy standards.

Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting 50–100 pounds, have an agricultural background, and are willing to work overtime, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical ability is helpful for equipment maintenance.
• Background in feed or animal production is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and stay physically active.
• Must be available for overtime, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mill equipment to ensure maximum operational effectiveness and safety.
• Perform quality control checks on products and processes.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
