Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Colorado is seeking a night shift mill operator to run daily operations from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. You will strive for maximum efficiency and uphold safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, monitoring quality, and controlling ingredient and finished feed inventories, while following company policies. We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to grow through cross-training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in agriculture or feed production helpful.
• Overtime including weekends may be required.
• Mechanical experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mill operations from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
• Maintain equipment and quality control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
