Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Mansioni

• Direct and oversee third-shift materials operations to support production requirements.
• Manage material flow, storage, replenishment, and movement within the facility.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely availability of materials at the point of use.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve shortages and delays.
• Monitor handling processes and drive efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization.
• Lead and develop materials supervisors, team leaders, and hourly staff; set performance expectations.
