Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to support safe, on-time manufacture and delivery of products.
• Achieve OEE targets and minimize downtime and rejects while maintaining line speeds.
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees; conduct performance reviews as scheduled.
