Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead 24/7 operations across Aseptic Filling, Preparing/Cleaning, and Packaging at the Greenville, SC plant. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance, while guiding weekend coverage and escalation to maintain continuous production.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, GMP leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage multi-shift teams in regulated manufacturing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience leading GMP manufacturing operations in aseptic, pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-shift or 24/7 operations, including weekend coverage and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tactical and long-range operational directives for 24/7 manufacturing in Aseptic Filling, Preparation/Cleaning, and Packaging.
• Maintain ownership across all shifts, including weekend responsibilities and escalation.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, Annex 1, ISO requirements and SOPs are followed; coach teams toward standards.
• Set performance expectations and oversee resources to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
