Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader for the Greenville, SC plant. The role coordinates daily production activities to support on‑time manufacture and delivery, under GMP, ISO, and EHS standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will supervise and coach a production team, review schedules, optimize OEE, and partner with QA/QC and maintenance to resolve issues while maintaining compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Must read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities to support the daily production schedule.
• Supervises, develops, provides feedback, and coaches employees.
• Reviews weekly production schedule and works with Planning on capacity and scheduling issues.
• Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination and ensures line efficiency.
