Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production activities, ensure on-time manufacturing, and uphold safety, quality, and cost targets across the plant.

You will lead and coach team members, review weekly schedules, optimize line speeds, manage equipment set-up and changeovers, maintain accurate batch records, and collaborate with QA/QC, EHS, and maintenance to drive continuous improvements and maintain GMP/ISO compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Must read, write and speak English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily production schedule and supports process-related issues.
• Addresses resource constraints with cross-functional teams.
• Assigns tasks for manufacturing operations and support staff.
• Reviews weekly production schedule with Planning for capacity and scheduling.
• Maintains OEE targets and ensures line speeds and efficiency.
• Supervises, coaches and conducts performance reviews with staff.
• Ensures GMP, ISO, and EHS compliance within the area.
