Qualifications

• HS diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred.
• 3+ years of previous leadership experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional people management and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented; problem solving and communication skills.
• Computer literacy; read, write and speak English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities to support the daily production schedule and ensures on-time manufacture.
• Collaborates with Team Leaders to address resource constraints and align objectives.
• Assigns tasks for manufacturing operations and support staff.
• Maintains and reviews batch records and inventory documentation accurately.
• Supports GMP, ISO, and EHS compliance and OpEx initiatives.
